The value of bank valuations continues to rise, especially in the Algarve

The average value of the bank evaluation advanced in December to 1,220 euros / square meter. This is a rise of 0.4% (5 euros) compared to November and 6.1% (70 euros) compared to the same month of the previous year, the National Statistics Institute (INE) announced.

In annual terms, the increase was 5.8% for the 1,192 euros, and it is transversal throughout the country, but it has registered more marked variations in the Algarve and North (7.4% and 7.3% respectively), INE.
