Lisbon continues to be at the forefront of rising house prices. The median sales price in the capital reached 2,877 euros per square meter in the third quarter, 24.3% more than in the same period of last year. Among the 24 parishes, only in the Parque das Nações there was a drop, from 1.9%, to 3,143 euros per square meter. The increases reached 40%.
Lisbon is the city where the price of houses is higher. The median sales price, in the third quarter of last year, reached 2,877 euros per square meter, the National Statistics Institute (INE) revealed. It also recorded the highest year-on-year growth among cities with more than 100 thousand inhabitants. The increase was 24.3% over the third quarter of 2017.
