The Municipality of Natal, in Brazil, received the 'Real Estate Investment in Portugal' prize, which addressed the relevant themes for the markets of interest in opportunities in Portugal.
Among the speakers was the director of the Visa Gold Regime, the tax regime of the non-habitual resident in Portugal and the definitive exit from Brazil.
The panel elucidated the roles related to the Golden Visa, including the necessary steps to obtain a Portuguese visa or citizenship.
For Marcelo Salomão, it is a reason to register for real estate in Portugal, as a security, a policy, a tranquility of a country that is already one of the main problems of infrastructure, as well as being an element of the European community.
"The Golden Visa, which can be resident and treated in Portugal, and also transited into the Schengen Area, made up of 26 countries," said the lawyer.
The event also included lectures on the monetization of real estate investment, purchase, maintenance and location in Portugal and the PORTUGAL 2020 program. The debate was organized by Habitacional Imobiliária and Interproj Engenharia with the support of the Portuguese Chamber.
