IR GROUP GIVES NEW LIFE TO THE OLD HOTEL GOLFINHO IN LAGOS

The IR Group bought the old Hotel Golfinho, next to the D. Ana beach in Lagos, and is rehabilitating it, starting in 2020, to operate the new Lagos Beach Resort & Spa.

With expected conclusion for the first quarter of 2020, the intervention will transform the building of the former five-star hotel into a four-star apartment hotel with 279 tourist units.

The commercialization of the apartments has already started, offering future owners profitability of 7% to 10%, with option to sell after five years for an amount equal to the purchase. The fees also include 14 annual vacation days for 15 years, as well as the exemption of condominium costs and maintenance during this period.
