Golden Visa: restrictions postponed a year

Contrary to what was expected, the government has decided to postpone to the beginning of 2022 the entry into force of the limitations announced for the Residence Permit for Investment (ARI) regime, the technical name of the so-called golden visa.

The government is also aiming to "promote the balance and quality of the territories, whether in metropolitan, urban, or rural regions, guaranteeing access to decent housing conditions for all.
