Real estate in 2021: market at different speeds, but well positioned for rapid recovery

After almost a pandemic year, and in a context of still great uncertainty, it is difficult to predict the behavior of the real estate sector in 2021. More than ever the market will register distinct speeds. The logistics sector will show great momentum; offices should show some resilience; tourism will start to recover as soon as the vaccination plan proves effective; and commerce will be very dependent on the country's economic evolution, but will continue the transformation process it was already developing before this crisis.
