Web Summit runs out with over 70,000 attendees

The technology summit organization announced on November 1 that tickets for this year's edition sold out within three days of launch. Web Summit will have 70,469 participants, 2,150 startups and 239 partners.

 The event will take place from November 4th to 7th at Altice Arena and FIL, in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.

The event has become increasingly important in Portugal with the Executive setting up a working group dedicated to the Web Summit.
