Following the success achieved in the 2017 edition, the second edition of Imocionate iTec was held on November 29 at the Lisbon Congress Center.

It is a global event that seeks to bring together various views and opinions so that the diversity of experiences can be translated into an enrichment that not only enhances the development of real estate intermediation, but also the sustainable growth of the sector. International speakers shared knowledge about the role of technology in the various stages of the real estate brokerage process.

According to information from the Aliens and Borders Service (SEF), about 85 thousand Brazilians live in Portugal.

The Portuguese government has improved access to those willing to invest in the country. One of the most requested visas is the Golden Visa, which guarantees at least five years of residence and the possibility of applying for citizenship, with an investment of 500 thousand euros in real estate.
