Following the success achieved in the 2017 edition, the second edition of Imocionate iTec was held on November 29 at the Lisbon Congress Center.

International speakers shared knowledge about the role of technology in the various stages of the real estate brokerage process.

The Portuguese government has improved access to those willing to invest in the country. One of the most requested visas is the Golden Visa, which guarantees at least five years of residence and the possibility of applying for citizenship, with an investment of 500 thousand euros in real estate.
