Among 20 destinations, Portugal is in the top 3 of the best countries to buy a new house in Europe, using a gold visa program, which includes residence permit for investment (ARI) or even the granting of citizenship, the so-called "gold passports". The conclusion is from a study by the British consultancy Astons which takes into account the offer of new houses in the total number of properties available at the moment, in all countries of the world that have investment attraction programs of this type.
