Hotel Four Points by Sheraton opened in Sesimbra

The first hotel in Portugal of the Four Points by Sheraton brand opened in Sesimbra, its opening took place at the end of June and was attended by the Mayor of Sesimbra, Francisco Jesus.

The unit, which is located in the old tourist resort Villas de Sesimbra, offers 207 rooms of various types. It also offers several services such as a gym, spa, swimming pools, meeting and event rooms, and a restaurant with 132 seats.

The mayor also said that “We must value the work and determination of the IR Group for the investment in this hotel, which will increase the number of beds in the municipality by about 20 percent, and will certainly contribute to add value to the local economy".

Francisco Jesus also recognized the «strength and ambition» of the company that, by acquiring the old Villas of Sesimbra, put an end to a problem that had been going on for several years, allied with the effort of the economic recovery of the municipality, which it has in tourism one of its main sources of wealth.
