Lagos beaches distinguished with “Golden Quality”

According to the new criteria defined by Quercus, to be classified as “Golden Quality” as beaches that had excellent water in the last four bathing seasons (from 2014 to 2017).

A flag with this award will thus join the Blue Flag already flying on these and other beaches on the Lagos coast, reforming a message of good environmental quality that they displayed.

It is worth mentioning that, despite not receiving this year's “Golden Quality” flag from Quercus, according to the information provided by the Portuguese Environment Agency, Dona Ana Beach had a waterfall with the “Excellent” result in the last 8 years. years (between 2011 and 2018).
