Real estate continues to grow in Portugal. At least that is the indication that gives us the latest report from the portal for buying and selling houses Idealist, which points to a rise in the price of houses in the order of 4.5% in the second quarter. The price per square meter is now at 1,932 euros.
The same report points to a generalized rise in prices in all regions of the country, with the exception of the Azores Archipelago.
Castelo Branco and Bragança are the two cities where prices are lower. On the opposite side is the capital of the country, Lisbon, followed by the Algarve.
