€ 700 million negotiated in three months

After the record of 2018, with € 3 billion transacted in the non-residential real estate market, the first months of the year revealed that the sector continues to capture investment. Between January and April 2019 the number is close to € 700 million, with retail being the most dynamic sector: it counted ten businesses - close to € 350 million transacted - equivalent to almost 50% of the total invested.
