Lisbon surpassed Barcelona in Local Lodging

Castle, Alfama and Mouraria. Three historic districts of the city of Lisbon in which almost 40% of the houses are dedicated to Local Accommodation (LA). The data to which the JN / Vivo Cash had access show that between the end of August 2018 and the beginning of January of this year were those districts that registered more expressive increases, both in relative and absolute terms. In just four and a half months more 807 AL was born, corresponding to a growth of 30.5%. Of the total housing stock, 38% of homes are subject to a short-term lease.
