Lisbon is definitely on the crest of the wave: the Portuguese capital this year had a meteoric rise from the 10th to the first place in the ranking of the most attractive cities to invest in the already traditional "Emerging Trends in Real Estate Europe 2019", PwC of the Urban Land Institute, which is already in its 16th edition.
The city hit Berlin, which ranks second, Dublin and Madrid, in third and fourth place respectively. In the top 10 also appear Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Helsinki, Vienna and Munich.
The quality of life that the city offers and the good economic cycle that is currently lived are positive points for Lisbon.
