It is final. The real estate industry closed the doors to the crisis and put the key away. The purchase of houses in Portugal is on the rise and last year it returned to grow between 15% and 20%. Between January and December 2018, about 180 thousand houses will have been sold, 25 thousand more than the previous year. The estimates were advanced to Vivo Cash by the Association of Professionals and Companies of Real Estate Mediation of Portugal (APEMIP).
