IR Group is inserted in the real estate and in the hotel market, with projects related to Sesimbra and Lagos. In the midst of expansion, a real estate developer is required for a team at Lagos Beach Resort & SPA, formerly Hotel Golfinho, in Lagos.

Responsibilities:

- Promotion of real estate projects;

- Communication and monitoring of trading partners;

- Management and continuous monitoring of clients.

Requirements:

- Experience in real estate - 5 years (minimum);

- English proficiency and third language is valued;

- Orientation and focus on results/objectives;

- Appetite for the commercial area;

- Dynamism and organization;

- Proactive personality, with a spirit of initiative;

- Excel Domain.
