Team Leader with Experience Area of Sesimbra

IR Group is inserted in the real estate market and in the hotel market, with active projects in Sesimbra, Lagos and Sines. In the full expansion phase, we look for Work Team Leader for our Ocean Sesimbra development in Sesimbra.

Responsibilities:

- Construction work;

- Management and coordination of different teams and specialities;

- Daily planning of tasks to be performed;

- Survey of materials and equipment necessary for the continuity of the work.

Requirements:

- Work experience - 5 years (minimum);

- Orientation and focus for results/objectives;

- Dynamism and organization;

- Proactive personality, with a spirit of initiative.
