Project Manager / Trainer Experienced in Sesimbra Area

IR Group is inserted in the real estate market and in the hotel market, with active projects in Sesimbra, Lagos and Sines. In the midst of expansion, we are looking for an Instrument / Builder for our Ocean Sesimbra development in Sesimbra.

Responsibilities:

- Construction work;

- Management of different teams and specialities;

- Measurement of work performed for the reports;

- Measurement on place for budget requests.

Requirements:

- Experience in similar functions - 3 years (minimum);

- Orientation and focus on results/objectives;

- Good communication skills, organization and sense of responsibility;

- Ability to plan and manage multidisciplinary teams and decision-making capacity;

- Proactive personality, with a spirit of initiative;
