Semester "very strong" in selling houses, with more new construction

"Many houses continue to be sold in Portugal", referring to data from the National Institute of Statistics for the first quarter, which shows an 8% growth in the sale of houses, new construction gained ground in relation to the rehabilitation of buildings, with a tendency to continue.

"In the first half of the year, 904 new renovation and new construction projects were licensed in Lisbon, 7% more [than in the same period last year], but in this semester there is a higher predominance of new construction, 11% more, and in rehabilitation minus 6%".
